May 28, 2020 update from Club President:
The KMX track has been very wet but is drying and will be open for the weekend. There is a dedicated group of club members that are volunteering their time to try and drain puddles and prep the track this week.
OPEN: Saturday May 30 - gate open at 11 am
OPEN : Sunday May 31 - gate open at 11 am
COVID-19 social distancing will be in effect. Please park and unload 20ft away from each other, and maintain 6ft distance from those outside your family group. We cannot exceed 50 people on site. Please bring your own disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer.
All memberships and day passes will be sold ONLY online for 2020. You must pay to play! Please ensure you get your passes before coming up to the track. You will get an email receipt after payment, and you will be asked to show proof of payment upon arrival by one of the volunteer coordinators.
- Rover Creek Trails have active forestry work in the area. Watch for closed trail sections, and stay far back from operating forestry equipment if you come upon them.

Founded in 2004 WKRDAS is the primary dirt bike club in the West Kootenays. WKRDAS operates KMX and Rover Creek. KMX is a volunteer run MX Track and Trail system near the Bombi summit about halfway between Castlegar and Salmo. KMX Features a full MX Track, Kids MX Track and a 23km hare scramble loop. Rover Creek is a volunteer run trail system located on Blewett Rd about halfway between Castlegar and Nelson. Both facilities are located very close to Salmo, Castlegar, Fruitvale, Trail, Nelson and other West Kootenay Communities are not far either.
